Privacy Statement

Last updated: 2026-07-15

This Privacy Statement explains what personal data Daily AI collects, why, and the choices and rights you have. It is written to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Operator / data controller details are listed in the Imprint. For any privacy request, email [email protected].

What data we collect

Daily AI is a static website. We collect personal data only when you choose to give it:

  • Your email address, when you sign up for the free Daily AI challenge through the sign-up form.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your data for marketing by third parties.

Why we use it and the legal basis

  • To send you the Daily AI challenge emails you asked for — legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To protect the sign-up form from spam and abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes your data

We use the following processors, each under its own privacy terms:

ServicePurposePrivacy policy
Kit (ConvertKit) Email newsletter / form delivery Link
Google reCAPTCHA Spam protection on the sign-up form (loaded by Kit) Link
Cloudflare Static hosting / CDN Link

International transfers

Some processors above may process data outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States). Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy framework.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active list (subject to any short technical retention by our email provider).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link);
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
